  • Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and plating, to ensure consistency and excellence.
  • Develop and innovate seasonal menus that showcase our commitment to using fresh, locally sourced ingredients and reflect the latest culinary trends.
  • Create and implement standardized recipes, portion controls, and presentation techniques to ensure consistent quality across all dishes.
  • Train and mentor kitchen staff, ensuring their growth and development and maintaining a positive work environment.
  • Collaborate closely with the management team to optimize inventory management, minimize waste, and control food costs.
  • Maintain strict adherence to sanitation and food safety regulations to guarantee a safe and clean working environment.
  • Manage relationships with suppliers, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality ingredients.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, new techniques, and emerging flavours to enhance our culinary offerings continually.


  • Proven experience as a Head Chef or in a similar role, demonstrating exceptional culinary skills and creativity.
  • Strong leadership abilities, with the capacity to inspire and motivate a team to deliver outstanding results.
  • Extensive knowledge of various cuisines, cooking techniques, and food presentation.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to upholding the highest standards of food quality and presentation.
  • In-depth understanding of food safety and sanitation regulations.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • A culinary degree or relevant certification is preferred.
